It is important that survivors are involved and included when it comes to how domestic violence is handled. Survivors are the experts.. The more aware the community is overall, the better prepared they will be to handle these situations.
We are actively gathering information to be presented to to expose the laws that are currently not being implemented. DVA, also works with victims who have been failed by the system. It is time that domestic violence no longer be kept a "Secret". It is a human rights issue that is not being addressed. People are dying at alarming rates and living in complete fear due to an infrastructure that is built to protect the abuser.
We offer different events for victim's , survivors, and the loved ones lleft behind to speak their truth.
We are always looking for individuals who would like the opportunity to share .
DVA stands wih male vicms and survivors of domestic violence. We are always looking for new and untouched resources built specifically for men. Men are less likely to report. Mens masulinity is attacked when they come forward.
To help as many people as possible who have been touched by domestic violence. We will work with untouched resources to ensure DV victims gain access to the same services that victims of other crimes receive. Together no one suffers alone💜
We are always looking for volunteers to help us make our vision a reality. We'll help you find a way to volunteer that best suits you.
